Grief and gratitude are not meant to be solitary, though today many of us grieve and give thanks alone; communal ritual offers the opportunity to witness one another's pain and joy, share our stories of heartbreak and heart-made, and to hold each other as we journey into the depth of our collective sorrow so that we may more fully experience the joy of being alive and connected to each other and the natural world. Come see and hear the emergent seeds of new Regenerative Arts performances in the making by the 2025 Hogfish artists-in-residence!

During the Hogfish regenerative arts residency, each Hogfish artist-in-residence is invited to develop the seed of an idea that is regenerative to them personally, their community, and their neck of the woods. They are provided with time, space, and support to help cultivate the seed of their idea and to replenish the soil of their mind, body, and spirit so that their creative seed may be planted in fertile soil. Support modalities offered include nature baths, energy healing, Alexander Technique, performance enhancement hypnosis, shamanic healing, improvisation, play, voice-work, and group processing and response work.

At the end of their residency, artists are invited to present a short excerpt of their work-in-progress, on this evening titled the "Regenerative Arts Seed Project". They will share a seed of their idea to the public, followed by a facilitated Q&A with you the audience. Join us and cross-pollinate with your own viewpoint to help bring the next generation of Regenerative Arts seeds to germination!
