To Apply

Email Hogfish Founder Matt Cahill at matt@hogfish.org with the pre-screening items below. After pre-screening, Hogfish will invite you to a zoom audition held on a rolling basis if they are interested in hearing more. After zoom auditions, select applicants may be asked to audition in person in New York City or Portland, Maine.

For All Applicants (Singers, Actors, Dancers, Instrumentalists, Creatives, & Production)

In your contact email, please send:

1) A headshot/resume

2) A few sentences about your individual regenerative arts project that you would like to develop this summer.

3) Two contrasting selections that you feel best represent you and your work.

  • For performing artists, please share 30-60 second video clips.

  • For singers, please share selections in English and/or your native language.

  • For creative and production team, please share in whatever means best suits your work.

After processing your pre-screening video, we will contact you shortly for a zoom audition if we feel you would be a good fit for the artist-in-residency program. At that time we will provide a few short selections of specific material from the show that we would like you to prepare. Our zoom auditions are more like interviews. Be prepared to chat with us and receive direction in one of your pieces. Thank you in advance for your interest in Hogfish and the regenerative arts.
